Rajjo (TV Series)
''Rajjo'' is a 2013 Indian Hindi cinema, Hindi-language romantic comedy film written and directed by Vishwas Patil. It stars Kangana Ranaut and Paras Arora in lead roles along with a supporting cast of Prakash Raj, Mahesh Manjrekar and Jaya Prada. The film was released in on 15 November 2013. Upon release, the film received highly negative reviews and was declared a flop. Synopsis Rajjo tells the story of a nautch girl in the most extraordinary circumstances. Rajjo and Chandu fall in love against the backdrop of dying Kothas in Mumbai, which nurtured the traditional art of singing and dancing for years. Vipin Sharma
Vipin Kumar Sharma is an Indian actor, editor and filmmaker. He is best known for his acting roles in ''Taare Zameen Par'', ''Gangs of Wasseypur'', ''Kick'', ''Paatal Lok'' and '' Monkey Man''. Early life Sharma spent his early childhood in a slum in Delhi. Javed Ali is an Indian playback singer who predominantly sings in Hindi. Bela Shende is an Indian playback singer. She performed several songs in Bollywood and other film Indian industries. Shitala Pandey, better known as Sameer Anjaan or Sameer, is an Indian lyricist, known for writing songs predominantly for Bollywood films. He is a Guinness World Record holder for writing the most songs. He has won three Filmfare Awards. Biography Sameer, officially named Shitala Pandey, but commonly known by his nickname Rajan, was born near Banaras, Uttar Pradesh. He earned a Master of Commerce degree at the Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi, and started a new position as a bank officer at the Central Bank of India. Kamathipura
Kamathipura (also spelled Kamthipura) is a neighbourhood in Mumbai, India known for prostitution. It was first settled after 1795 with the construction of causeways that connected the erstwhile seven islands of Mumbai. Initially known as Lal Bazaar, it got its name from the '' Kamathis'' (workers) of other areas of the country, who were labourers on sexual sites. Due to tough police crackdowns, in the late 1990s with the rise of AIDS and government's redevelopment policy that helped sex workers to move out of the profession and subsequently out of Kamathipura, the number of sex workers in the area has dwindled. Since then, Kamathipura has experience gentrification, and as of 2017, Kamathipura had less than 2000 sex workers.
